Sometime before Disney Infinity 2, somebody important needs to (metaphorically?) slap someone high up at Toys 'r' Us and WalMart (and maybe GameStop... Jack was on time, the posters were great, but the exclusive version was a bit of a mess, albeit probably not their fault) and explain that if they want to keep their customer base and exclusives, they need to handle it all INFINITELY better.
Really. The exclusives and early releases have all been an utter farce: conflicting information, date shifts, on sale dates ignored, lack of advertising, lack of stock... TRU have been far worse, in fairness. Part of the problem here is probably simply the ubiquity of the Internet being able to find out information before it's official. This is probably a placeholder that shouldn't be findable until it's corrected, but these things almost-always leak now and it should be known that they do.
(On the other hand, if there's to be a delay, I wonder if someone's just noticed that there's nothing currently on the cards between January and August - and there's a mild panic about that gap..! Probably not.)
