I picked up my "Xbox One Collector's Edition" tonight.

I traded in all of the individual components of the PS4 collectors (aside from the 3 additional figures and the collector's stand). With the trade in bonus for multiple items I ended up with $62 worth of credit from these. Price matched my Xbox One version for $68 and only out of pocket $6. Win.

Looks like all the local retailers are pretty offering the same prices at launch.

The starter kits are $68 at Kmart, Target and BigW (they've all matched each other despite having different prices in their published catalogues this week).
Playsets are $29
Individual figures are $12

EB Games still label everything at the recommended retail but are price matching if asked.

I didn't check out JB Hifi though - so not sure what their prices are like.

Kmart still doing 2.0 figures for $12. Went to get hulk today but didn't have any so got eb to price match.
Picked up some preowned power discs from eb too. They qualify for their buy one get one half price so $3 for two and can pick which ones you need.

Hey,
For anyone interested I did just see 2.0 Collectors Edition PS4 at Eb Games on Chapel St in Melbourne.
Everyone was right that box is HUGE!
Standard retail price but if your after that big base with that giant ice monster thing its just sitting there waiting for ya.
Cheers.

Target have:

- Disney Infinity 2.0 characters on sale for $12 (including Hulk)
- Disney Infinity 1.0 characters on "sale" for $15 (no idea why they're still more expensive than the new characters)
- Disney Infinity 1.0 two-packs on sale for $19 (including Frozen, Wreck It Ralph, Phineas and Ferb and apparently Toy Story (even though it is a full playset rather than a standard two-pack)).

In addition to above, I note that Target were putting out the Originals stock this afternoon, and the new figures are all $12 as well. Starter pack was $59.

So they are $12 in stores? It says $15 on their website.

Well I admit I did see that $15 advertisement, yet the shelves had $12 (with no exclusions). They hadn't put all new figures out on display though, so perhaps it was a mistake and the shelf pricing was going to change. I did buy a couple of the figures there for $12 (the ones that had been put on display). The others I got at EB price matching to $12 without any hassle.

@ braiko

What price did they scan at? Did you have to argue with Target about the ticketed price versus the scanned price?
