Just got an email from Best buy for a preview of tonights online flash sale.....mentions that infinity figures will be on sale but no specifics yet.

What a joke: $1 off figures? The $10 off non-playset packs are decent but I was hoping for more than $5 off the lone ranger set....and no 2.0?

TRU flyer Oct 17 states that all video games and video game accessories 19.99 and up are buy one, get one 40% off.... I wonder if this will include the more expensive DI sets. Best way to find out will be to test it online friday morning.

Nope, looks like only the starter packs (with the game disc) are included in todays TRU sale.

Actually if you look at the flyer the avengers starter pack is in the picture. At the very least you could insist at the register.

I was meaning both 1.0 and 2.0 (Avenger) starter packs when I said, "looks like only the starter packs (with the game disc) are included..."

What I was hoping would be on sale are the play set packs (Guardians and Ult Spidey) as they are category 9, which is video game accessories. Same with any other DI accessory 19.99 or above. Seems these were left out of the sale.

It looks like the promotion buy one get one 40% off works in store. I purchased the Spiderman and Galaxy playsets and the system automatically added the 40% off.

In addition they have a buy one get 50% off on single figure using the in store coupons or online with this code: TRUANNINFINITY. The coupon lasts until Oct 23.

at my local eb games yesterday I found marked down 1.0 single packs for 8 dollars good way to finish your collection
i'll stick to 2.0 now on though
