Jack Skellington Box & GameStop Exclusive 10/5 - 10/28

According to the Gamestop website, release dste is 10/5. When I preordered yesterday, they told me 10/5.

I, too, am interested in getting the poster and $10 off the Jack guide. From what the guy at Gamestop told me, the posters are really cool. I kind of laughed and said "Yeah, like the Skylanders posters a few months back." That Skylanders "poster" was an 8.5" X 11" flyer from a tear-off pad. The guy said that the Jack poster is actually really nice. It is full-size, textured and may possibly glow-in-the-dark.

I posted a picture of the poster in another thread, but it may be relevant here as well.

Any difference between the jack skellington being sold with the case and the one with out? What is so special about this Jack aside from the case?

As far as I know, the only difference between the figure and the figure with case, is the case. The figures will both be the same most likely.

Game$top has changed their website to a release date of 10/15 for Jack collector's edition. So those (like myself) that wanted to take advantage of the $10 off game guide and free poster promotion on Saturday are pretty much left out in the cold. Lame.

Does purchasing the preorder for the collectors edition on Saturday count as an Infinity purchase towards the $10 off? Might be worth pursuing.

^according to this picture you can buy ANY Disney Infinity Item and get a poster...so just buy Jack that day...go home and play with him in the case...then return him a week later for the new Jack

I wanted to do the 10$ off game guide promo ... I wonder if they will pro rate the return?

I just wish that Gamestop had been clear about the release date from the beginning. Too much unnecessary confusion. Not to mention the massive fail that it is to not have this collector's edition available at their launch event -which basically forces people to buy and return just to get the promos they are offering.
