Target Pre-Order cards

I purchased one of the reservation cards at Target a few months back and now I am beginning to wonder how they will know that I pre-ordered the game. I just took it to the register and bought it, was I supposed to do something else? Can anyone enlighten me on how the cards work?

Hey! I also got one just for the fun of it because they were just one dollar. I also took it to the register, and they just rung it up. So, I think some how they know when you buy it to keep one there for you. Hope this helps!

It does! I was just starting to get worried they wouldn't actually know I bought one!

It was kind of weird how they did it, but I guess they have some system since it happened to both of us!

That is how Target does pre-orders. My question is if I bought the pre-order card at one target could I redeem it at another? It also makes me nervous that the extra character is just first come, first serve. I really want the midnight release to be announced. I may just go to that instead? Hmm, I don't really have any TRU or Disney stores nearby so I am hoping that Gamestop might pick it up too.

I believe so, probably sheriff.( well not probably, he's the only one who can!)

I also hope my Target gets the characters because on the release of Skylanders: Giants they only had their exclusive figure.
