Dodge Ball & Double Dribble

I am in need of help completing these two feats.

I have tried to get creative and come up with a few methods of accomplishing the Dodge Ball feat. Any suggestions?

(also, when it says Townspeople....I have been using blockheads, but do I need to use NPC's?)
