Disney Infinity Fans

So my brother went into our toybox game and deleted a ton of the land blocks. We tried to fix it but it can't be fixed. If we reset the toybox, will it erase all of our gameplay? We have about 16 hours and are really hesitant about it since we have to playlands completed. Thanks!
