Just a general question. If I get all of the figures out now, did they make it so that I would receive the keyblade, or is it impossible to get.

The keyblade has been obtainable since the Battlegrounds releases.

Is it that I need all the 3.0 characters pre-Baloo, or is it a certain amount of any 3.0 characters?

I believe its all of the 3.0 figures pre-Baloo, including Battlegrounds.

and i got it today, well pleased!

actually when i was powering up the remaining figures i had, it showed up BEFORE i unlocked my last inside out figure on it's plinth!!!
