Posted: Thu Jun 02, 2016 8:21 pmyes it was originally intended to require all 3 to unlock him. It was glitched in the last patch that just gave it to us and they corrected this issue.

Posted: Fri Jun 03, 2016 4:04 amThis patch was made before they knew the game was ending so they haven't worked on a patch since it ended (so no way to remove restrictions :/)
