Wreck It Ralph Chest glitch?

First time post and got an issue. I've had the Ralph character for a while now and recently got around to unlocking his chests in Toy Box mode. However it seems my last one or two seem to be glitching. I'm pretty sure it's just the nicelanders sky dome that isn't unlocking. So here's whats going on.

Originally it said it unlocked but never really did and Ralph's chest will appear in Toy Box now and when I use him to unlock it, nothing happens now. Anyone have any ideas to why this is happening?

Never heard of this but have heard of similar glitches. Are you sure it hasn't unlocked itself, have you cycled through sky changer to check for it?

This has happened to me on my Xbox 360 except with his cherry bomb it said I unlocked but when I check my weapons I only have vannelopes cherry bomb. I have no idea how to get it back!
