Maybe one of the ones that light up like nova or iron man (he doesn't light up but his powers will brighten the room).

How many characters do you have ? I got thru the 20 something rounds with one character and then it became a war of attrition. I think I went thru nearly 30 figures en route to Level 50. but I suck so....

Rocket with charged shots is a good bet for the dark levels. I guess anybody with the ability to charge shots has some kind of light around them.

I would recommend not so much a player character, but a sidekick. Sidekicks emit a TON of light around them, which makes them perfect for the pitch dark levels.

@baroness I have every character from 1.0 & 2.0 except Ronan and Falcon and loki.

My favorite figure that I played with for a long while was venom he can get places fast and is very powerful those pitch black levels are soo irritating.

How do you spawn sidekicks in it?

Baymax also lights up with his charged fist. You can also hover with him or Iron Man to get a glow from their feet.
