For those of you who trade discs...

How much is shipping? And what sort of packaging do you use?

Usually it costs me around $2.50 per envelope, including tracking number and envelope. For the packaging, I use the cushion mailer that costs $1.19 and is in the USPS office itself.

I have sent anywhere from one to five discs and the cost always comes out to $2.32.

So it's cheaper to buy their envelopes than use your own? I bought a 6pk of padded mailers at a store for around $3, so 50 cents a piece. But I had to pay for tracking and the total came out to $3.37 not including the 50 cent mailer.

Depends where to, yours seems super expensive. 0.72p in UK for 2nd class for up to 7/8 discs

It really depends on the weight and where to, yeah. Last time I sended 3 disc to Elmo, it cost me around 32 kroners, which equals 5.42 US dollars. Though when I send 15 instead, it costed me 74 kroners, which equals 12.53 US dollars. Both were being send to England.

Otherwise a good ideá is to take a little walk down to your post office and just directly ask them if you're worried about expenses and such.
