And what powers would you like them to have?

Ariel would be a complicated one to implement, so not sure how likely she is to appear.
Realistically, they'd have to give her the ability to shift between human and mermaid form at will.
In the movie, the only difference between Ariel and an ordinary human was her significant strength (she was a lot stronger then a normal human would be, but not superhuman).
In Kingdom Hearts, she had the ability to create small thunderstorms and heal her allies, possibly even heal herself.
She also could spin through the water like a torpedo and ram her enemies.
Mushu would most likely have fire abilities, although I'm uncertain if he can be implemented on his own, due to his small size.
In Kingdom Hearts, Mulan used him as an attack pet, pulling him out of her pocket and shooting fire or creating firestorms.
So, most likely, he'd work like that in Disney Infinity.
