Toy Box Tales: Gauntlet Run
Posted: Sat Jul 04, 2015 3:48 amThis was my first real attempt to use an interior for part of a level. Originally, each of the 3 games were to be separate Toy Boxes, but were deemed too small on their own. This led to combining them all and making them part of the ongoing Toy Box Tales story.
Originally Space Chopper was created as a top-down helicopter level (akin to the NES classic 1943), but the controls didn't lend themselves very well and as a result it just wasn't that fun. The level was totally scrapped and completely reimagined as it is today.
Anyway, hope you all are having fun with it! Things are really going to start getting interesting in the next Toy Box Tales episode...
