No, that's not what I meant. The program toys that talk to you...when you buy Sam or Quorra do they unlock? I've never seen them before.

No. I those are townspeople and are unlocked in the Guardians of the Galaxy playset.

It's all about using the game's assets that fit your level the best.

Also, regarding the Toy Box Tales: Tron 2 that some of you have hacked into (like a true User)--that is not the finalized version. The REAL version is coming very soon.
