The best way to resolve that is to be on Twitter. Then you can message @allisonpetrek or @PlayerOneTyler and they will usually be able to fix it for you.

Me and a friend worked hard and made our first ever toy box for a challenge! Had a lot of fun doing it!

^ I managed to get 103 in score of my toybox. The other highest score is 65 from @Sonicphoto. It's very hard, but it's still fun.

I don't think I had problems last time. The only trouble I've had is it took nearly 2 weeks for my The Last Infinity toy box to be put on community content.
