I was thinking about a possible new rank

The icon would be Bookworm from TS3, and to qualify you would be an
'experienced member of the forums who frequently helps other members in need' etc. along the lines of that

I'm not sure if this would fall under Lotso, since he's mainly for 'kind and welcoming' members, so that's up to Sheriff. I thought it would be nice to get a new character rank

is there gonna be any characters that aren't toystory?

If one were to achieve a featured toy box before joining the forums, would one recieve the toybox icon, or does it only count if it's after joining?

Seems to be either. I've seen known winners join and automatically get it.

I just noticed you guys let MTM keep Rex as his little banner. That is awesome
