The Grid. A digital frontier. I tried to picture clusters of information as they moved through the computer. What did they look like? Ships? motorcycles? Were the circuits like freeways? I kept dreaming of a world I thought I'd never see. And then one day... I got in

I don't think they are swimming, you can see the dust kicked up from Bullseye.
I reckon the water is not interactive and is just an animated texture with Woody and Tonto riding on the blocks below the surface.
:( I wish it was proper water though.

Ah well, you can't have everything... Where would you put it...

It looks nice, but still shallow. Why's everyone suddenly obsessed with water? :?

I don't think anyone can swim, jellyfish said so..... but we could possibly have that opportunity in another playset!

I think water looks great, and I dont know about creating games but you would think they could clean it up around the edges so there is no dust flying. But its not a deal breaker, just another thing that probably wont be noticed while playing.

How they react to things like water is totally up to the developer, however I would love to see characters able to swim and dive underwater. Maybe they will put it in a future Infinity game.
