You also get spins from playing adventures. Silver = 2 spins and Gold = 3 spins.

^This is very key if you are working with a limited number of characters.

Keep in mind some items are hidden in chests in play sets meaning that spins aren't going to unlock everything in the toy box. You might not need all characters for all spins but you do need all characters to unlock everything in the toy box.

1 character - assuming you setup/use the respawning spin capsule trick mention in other threads (the one on top of the mountain near the race track in the default toy box).

Could you post a link to one of the threads for the respawning spin capsule trick please, did a search for respawning spin capsule and couldn't find anything.

According to a blog post on Chad Liddell's blog "The toy vault has 203 total unlocks in it. I’m not %100 certain if that includes unlocks from lucky toys. Hopefully someone in the community will know that."

So, if my math is right that would require 9 characters total including the 3 from the starter pack. I've seen many people here say 180 so maybe there is some merit to his comment about lucky toys. I currently have 8 characters and while will most likely get more, it would be nice to be able to unlock everything now to really let my creations take flight.

It seems the respawning capsule trick has been patched however I just re-loaded the 'Toybox Launch' toy box and my son and I found 3 free spin capsules. Not sure if this is a glitch or due to the fact that we massively leveled all 7 of his characters recently due to the fan glitch?
